Shipping and Returns Policy

This Shipping and Returns Policy applies to physical Black Dollar Blueprint™ merchandise.
Digital products, Financial Reviews, support contributions, and downloadable materials are addressed separately in the Refund Policy.
Order Processing
Physical merchandise may be produced or fulfilled after an order is placed.
Estimated processing time:
Depends on shipping. Black Dollar Blueprint does not handle shipping and handling. 
Processing time does not include carrier delivery time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Locations
Black Dollar Blueprint™ currently ships to:

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
Black Dollar Blueprint™ is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout unless a promotion states otherwise.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, production issues, customs processing, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.
Federal rules generally require online sellers to ship within the promised period. When no shipping period is stated, the general rule is shipment within 30 days. If an order cannot ship as promised, the customer must be notified and given the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and arranging safe delivery.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If tracking shows an unusual delay, contact the shipping carrier first and then contact Black Dollar Blueprint™ with your order number.
Black Dollar Blueprint™ will review available tracking and fulfillment information.
A package marked delivered by the carrier is not automatically considered lost. Customers should check:

  • The delivery location

  • Household members

  • Neighbors

  • Building management

  • Mailroom or package area

  • The shipping carrier

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise
Contact Black Dollar Blueprint™ within 7 calendar days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the packaging when relevant

Do not discard the item or packaging until instructions are provided.
Approved claims may result in a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Returns
Return requests for eligible physical merchandise must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unused

  • Free of odors, stains, pet hair, and damage

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with original packaging or tags when applicable

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Nonreturnable Merchandise
The following items are generally not returnable unless defective or incorrect:

  • Custom or personalized merchandise

  • Made-to-order products

  • Items damaged after delivery

Exchanges
Direct exchanges are [NOT OFFERED].
If direct exchanges are not offered, return an eligible item according to this policy and place a new order for the preferred item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the error was caused by Black Dollar Blueprint™ or its fulfillment provider.
Use a trackable return method. Black Dollar Blueprint™ is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Refund Processing for Returned Merchandise
Approved merchandise refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for processing. Financial institutions may require additional time.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from Black Dollar Blueprint™.
Digital Products and Downloads
Digital products are generally nonrefundable because access is provided immediately after purchase.
This includes:

  • Digital guides

  • Fillable PDFs

  • Worksheets

  • Excel tools

  • Planners

  • Playbooks

  • Savings challenges

  • Bundles

  • Audiobooks

  • Other downloadable materials

A refund or replacement may be considered when:

  • The customer received the wrong file

  • The file is corrupted and cannot be replaced

  • A confirmed duplicate charge occurred

  • Applicable law requires a refund

Contact Black Dollar Blueprint™ promptly with the order number and a description of the issue.
Financial Reviews
Financial Reviews involve individualized work.
A cancellation request may be considered only before review work has begun.
Once documents have been reviewed, analysis has started, or the personalized review has been prepared, the purchase is generally nonrefundable.
If required information is not submitted, the review may remain incomplete. Failure to submit required information does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Physical Merchandise
Eligible physical merchandise returns are governed by the Shipping and Returns Policy.
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise should be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Maryland permits stores to establish their own return policies when clearly disclosed, but defective merchandise may be treated differently from an ordinary change-of-mind return.
Order Cancellations
Physical merchandise orders may be canceled only before production or fulfillment begins.
Because many merchandise items may be produced on demand, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order is submitted.
Digital orders generally cannot be canceled after access or delivery has been provided.
Duplicate Charges
Contact Black Dollar Blueprint™ immediately if you believe you were charged more than once.
Provide:

Confirmed duplicate charges will be corrected.
Support Contributions
Support contributions to the BDB Next Step Award are voluntary and generally nonrefundable after processing, except for a confirmed duplicate charge, processing error, unauthorized transaction, or when required by law.
Support contributions are not tax-deductible charitable donations.
Discounts and Price Adjustments
Discounts must be applied at checkout.
Black Dollar Blueprint™ is not required to apply a promotional code or sale price retroactively after an order is completed.
